Position Overview Sharp Infotech Inc is seeking Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developers / Analytics Engineers to support enterprise analytics and digital experience initiatives for our clients. The selected candidates will design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities • Build, configure, and maintain Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) data models, workspaces, and reporting suites • Develop calculated metrics, custom dimensions, and derived fields for advanced analytics use cases • Implement data ingestion pipelines and dataset connections with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Design dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reporting for business stakeholders • Translate business reporting requirements into analytics use cases and reporting components • Integrate Adobe CJA with enterprise data sources such as AEP, Snowflake, AWS, and other cloud platforms • Maintain governance standards including naming conventions and reusable components • Document reporting logic, data mappings, and analytics components • Troubleshoot analytics issues and improve reporting performance Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) • Experience building analytics dashboards and reporting solutions • Experience with SQL, APIs, or cloud data platforms • Experience using Git or version control systems
