Assist in identifying and resolving billing and payment issues. Work with finance and billing teams to support process improvements. Perform basic data validation and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the preparation of financial and operational reports, including month-end activities. Use tools like Microsoft Excel and reporting systems to analyze and manage data. Communicate findings and updates to team members and stakeholders. Requirements Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field. Basic to moderate experience in healthcare revenue cycle, data analysis, or financial reporting. Understanding of healthcare billing, claims, and reimbursement processes. Familiarity with payer guidelines such as Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance providers. Experience working with data and reports related to healthcare operations. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tasks effectively.
