Position Overview Sharp Infotech Inc is seeking Python Developers / Backend Engineers to support enterprise backend application development and cloud-based platform initiatives for our clients. The selected candidates will design and develop scalable backend services, build APIs, integrate cloud services, and support intelligent automation platforms using technologies such as Python, AWS, and microservices architectures. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services supporting enterprise applications • Build and maintain cloud-based services using AWS technologies such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch • Implement backend design patterns such as Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) • Develop and maintain APIs integrating with internal systems and third-party services • Optimize systems for scalability, fault tolerance, and observability • Monitor production systems and perform root cause analysis to maintain system reliability • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and code reviews Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Experience with Python backend development • Experience building REST APIs • Experience with AWS cloud services • Experience working with SQL and backend data processing • Experience with Git or version control systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with AI or automation backend platforms • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience supporting enterprise software systems
