Position Overview We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, and build predictive models to provide actionable insights that improve business performance. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools. • Build predictive models and analytical solutions to support strategic decisions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. • Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality. • Present insights and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders. • Support data‑driven initiatives and improve reporting processes. Required Skills • Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying. • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Programming experience with Python or R. • Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning concepts. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
