Key Responsibilities:
• Development & Configuration: Implement, maintain, and support custom ServiceNow applications and workflows, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.
• Integration: Develop and troubleshoot integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Service Portal: Create or customize widgets and pages to enhance user experience.
• Technical Support: Analyze and resolve platform bugs, perform upgrades, and optimize performance.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, test plans, and procedures.
Required Technical Skills:
Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, including GlideScript, for server-side and client-side development.
Modules: Strong experience in ITSM, with knowledge in ITOM or HRSD.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and SQL.
Education:
