The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring that software products meet quality standards before deployment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build experience in software testing and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications. • Perform manual testing to ensure software functionality, usability, and performance. • Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to resolve issues. • Participate in functional, regression, integration, and system testing. • Assist in maintaining test documentation and reports. • Support automation testing initiatives when required. • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and QA reviews. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes. • Familiarity with manual testing techniques and defect lifecycle. • Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
